On January 1, 2019, we acquired the DDL business located in Louviers and Saint Aubin sur Gaillon (27). The DDL (Didier Duval Logistics) activity is mainly focused on logistics, and comprises 4 sites covering a total surface area of 26,000 m². Storing and picking food products for the Barry Callebaut group form an essential part of its services. Moreover, we have signed a 5-year logistics contract with this same group, due to begin in March 2020.
