📍 We Are Hiring
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to primarily cover the Hauts-de-France and Île-de-France regions.
🎯 Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the France Sales Management team and work closely with the Picardie Director and local teams. You will play a strategic role in expanding our transport and freight forwarding operations, focusing on acquiring new clients and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop a portfolio of new clients.
- Design and negotiate pricing offers for transport and freight forwarding services tailored to prospect needs, and manage tenders.
- Retain and grow the existing portfolio while implementing pricing adjustments.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful contract execution.
- Analyze commercial performance and propose optimization actions to meet set objectives.
🌟 Your Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in road transport, ideally with a carrier operating its own fleet.
- A “hunter” mindset, results-oriented, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of transport challenges and the ability to develop innovative pricing solutions.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable to a variety of tasks.

- Contract Type: Permanent (CDI), available immediately.
- Work Schedule: Managerial position with flexible hours / RTT days.
- Salary: Based on experience and profile.
- Location: Péronne (80) or Rouen (76).
