📍 We Are Hiring
We are looking for a Logistics Team Leader for our site located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon (27).


🎯 Your Role

Reporting to the Operations Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 2 to 5 forklift operators on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage priorities, prepare, and organize the team’s work by optimizing resources and tools.
  • Participate in warehouse activities, performing tasks as a forklift operator/warehouse worker when needed.
  • Ensure smooth handling operations.
  • Maintain daily communication, monitoring, and relationships with clients.

🌟 Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift certifications (CACES 1, 3, and 5) are mandatory.
  • Ideally, hold a Bac Pro in Logistics.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a team leader.
  • Proficiency in stock management software and Excel.
  • Experience in an agro-food certified environment is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver clear instructions.
  • Proactive and capable of suggesting process improvements.
  • Awareness of hygiene, food safety, and ISO standards.

ℹ️ Additional Information About the Role

  • Contract Type: Permanent (CDI), starting immediately.
  • Working Hours: 151.67 hours/month – 35 hours/week.
  • Schedule: Alternating weekly shifts:
    • 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Work Days: Possible work on Saturdays.
  • Status: Supervisor level (Agent de Maîtrise).
  • Salary: Based on experience and profile.
