📍 We are looking for an Administrative and Logistics Assistant (M/F) for our site in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon (27).
🎯 Your Future Role
Reporting to the site management and working closely with the operations department, you will ensure the smooth handling of product receptions and shipments while providing administrative support through your versatility. Your main tasks include:
- Operations: Organizing product receptions and shipments.
- Logistics: Managing orders and inventory.
- Client Relations: Handling customer interactions.
- HR/Payroll: Managing medical check-ups, overseeing training sessions, handling HR administrative tasks, managing temporary staff administration, and onboarding new employees.
- QHSE/RSE: Managing administrative tasks related to QHSE/RSE non-compliance issues.
- Accounting: Managing invoices and reconciling accounts.
- Administration: Performing all administrative tasks related to the role.
🌟 Your Profile
- Education:
- Bac +2 with a BTS in Transport and Logistics Services, or
- Bac +3 with a BUT in Logistics and Transport Management.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar logistics role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Proficiency in English is desirable.
- Soft Skills:
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable liaising with different departments to ensure task completion.
ℹ️ Job Details
- Contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD) for 4 months, starting as soon as possible.
- Work Hours: 151.67 hours/month.
- Status: Employee.
- Salary: Based on profile.
